Once approved, we complete embroidery, perform quality checks and prepare your order for pickup, local handoff or shipment based on what we agree upfront.
Turnaround times depend on garment type, stitch complexity and quantity. Rush options may be available depending on
the schedule.

Do I need to provide the garments?
In many cases, yes. You can provide polos, jackets or uniforms that meet your standards, and we will handle the
embroidery. If you need suggestions on garment types or brands, let us know in your email.
What file format do you need for my logo?
High-resolution artwork (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS) is best. If your logo has not been digitized for embroidery
before, we can discuss any one-time setup that might be required.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We work with both small runs and larger orders, but our focus is on ongoing business and contract clients rather
than single one-off pieces. Share your quantities and we will confirm pricing based on the project.
Can you embroider on jackets, pockets and sleeves?
Yes. RL specializes in pieces that require sewing access, like suit jackets, pockets that need to be removed and
reattached, or sleeves that must be opened to reach the right placement.
